  1.  Make working out fun, not a responsible. Try to think of working out as a fun adventure instead of a chore . Also try to avoid the typical gym setting, try going for a hike or a run in a local park. Remember to use the buddy system and to not run when it is getting too dark.

  3. Music will always help motivate anyone. With the right Pandora station or iPhone playlist, the possibilities of staying motivated while working out will increase.
  4. Work out with a close friend, sibling or parent. You both can feed off of each other and challenge each other to do better. Just think, two heads are better than one.
  5. Working out does not have to just be running on a treadmill. Sign up for Zumba, Crossfit or yoga classes to keep your workout regimen interesting.
  6. Do not binge workout. This will tire you and your body out , which will cause you to lose the energy to workout and to continue too. It is also considered unhealthy to binge workout.
  7. Track your progress. Whether it is using pictures or the scale, keeping track of progress is rewarding and will motivate you to push yourself even harder.
